Fusion 360 exporter not running

I have not been able to get the "FusionRobotExporter" add-in to open. The first time I attempted to use it was early this summer and it would have worked if I had a robot to export at the time. Recently, I tried to use it again and when I tried to run the add-in, nothing happened. I uninstalled and reinstalled synthesis with the same result. I stopped all my other add-ins, also with the same result, I even tried after uninstalling and reinstalling fusion and synthesis (in that order) with the same result. Any help would be nice ❤️
