Joyalukkas Lifestyle Developers, the real estate arm of the Joyalukkas Group, has launched Gold Tower Thrissur, a 50-storey luxury residential project, as demand for premium housing gains momentum across Keralam’s urban centres.

Spread across 2.2 acres, the development marks the company’s second flagship residential venture following Gold Tower Kochi. The project is slated for completion within 1,000 days.

Joy Alukkas, Chairman and Managing Director of the Joyalukkas Group, said Keralam’s luxury housing segment is witnessing rising interest from high-net-worth individuals, NRIs and professionals seeking premium residences with integrated lifestyle amenities.

“We are seeing a clear shift in buyer preferences towards larger, amenity-rich developments in emerging urban markets beyond traditional metropolitan cities,” he said.

The company plans to expand the Gold Tower brand further, with projects in Kozhikode scheduled for launch next year, followed by developments in Chennai, Hyderabad, Bengaluru and Dubai.

Gold Tower Thrissur has been designed to offer an international-standard living experience while catering to the evolving aspirations of homebuyers in Keralam.

The project will feature more than 50 lifestyle amenities, including a 25-metre infinity swimming pool, fitness and wellness facilities, co-working spaces, a private theatre, sports and recreation zones, children’s play areas, and a sky deck overlooking the city. Over 77 per cent of the total project area has been earmarked for landscaped open spaces.
