Ingredients 
  • Cream - 500 ml 
  • Condensed milk - 1 tin (400 gms) 
  • Dragon fruit - 2.5

Method

1. Add the cream, condensed milk and chopped dragon fruit to a blend and blend till smooth.

2. Pour into freezer safe box and  freeze for 6 hours.

3. Remove the box and add some chopped dragon fruit, mix it in and freeze for another 18 hours.

4. Remove and enjoy!
