Hi!
It is very simple to reproduce the issue:
Create a new SW part, insert a new SolidWork Coordinate System  to a specific 3D point relative to part origin, assign the UCS to a new job and apply HSMWorks_getJobWCS to it. The translation values are scaled to meters. Of course, as a workaround, I can multiply them with 1000 to express the translation in millimeters. Is better however to conform with the API source.
