Corrie fans think they know what Kit Green will do next to help Sarah Platt after she revealed Jodie Ramsey attack
Coronation Street fans think they know what Kit Green will do next to help Sarah Platt after she revealed Jodie Ramsey was the one to attack her on the night she killed Theo Silverton.
The truth is continuing to unravel in the ITV soap after Sarah was arrested for murder earlier this week, months after the builder's lifeless body was found by a horrified Betsy Swain on the night of her mum, Lisa Swain's, wedding to Carla Connor.
Theo was found in scenes aired in April, after he was revealed to be among the five villains at risk of being killed off during an episode of Corrie in February, alongside fellow Weatherfield villains Carl Webster, Jodie Ramsey, Megan Walsh and Maggie Driscoll.

Eventually, a week after the wedding aired, it was revealed that Theo was the victim, which came after he tried to torment his husband, Todd Grimshaw, who had earlier reported him to the police following a brutal attack, one last time.
His death then triggered a murder investigation, with Corrie confirming Todd as a suspect, along with his loved ones, George Shuttleworth, Summer Spellman, Christina Boyd, as well as Theo's friend-turned enemy, Gary Windass, and Theo's ex-wife, Danielle Silverton.
But it was last month that it was revealed to viewers that it wasn't any of the six, as it was Sarah who appeared to deal the blow that sent a drunk Theo tumbling off the scaffolding outside his flat and plummeting to the ground - before she called on her former flame, Gary Windass, for help.
Struggling to keep her secret, Sarah ended up confessing the truth to Todd, while her partner, DC Kit Green, remained determined to pin Theo's murder on Gary, not realising that he had been covering for Sarah. That was until she confessed all to her copper beau, just as he was trying to pop the question.
Despite Kit's attempts to help cover up her crime, Sarah was arrested on suspicion of killing Theo. DS Lisa Connor-Swain interrogated Sarah before providing evidence that they had found splatters of Theo's blood on her clothing from the wedding, after her clothes were taken in as evidence from her own attack by Jodie Ramsey, which came after Theo's murder took place.
With the evidence stacked against her, Lisa said she had no choice but to charge Sarah with Theo's murder. During Friday's (July 24) edition of Corrie, Maria Windass paid Sarah a visit after Gary confessed that he helped Sarah cover up Theo's killing. While angry at her and her husband, she wanted Sarah to promise that she wouldn't drop Gary in it.
Later, Sarah faced further questioning from Lisa, who asked Sarah about Maria's visit. She claimed she just wanted to see how she was, having known each other since they were teenagers. However, when Lisa revealed that they had gone through her phone records from the night of the murder, Sarah confessed to killing Theo in self-defence.
Sarah explained that she didn't intend to kill Theo, but panicked, and that is when she headed to her brother, David's, house, where she was then attacked herself.
While it was clear that Lisa suspected Gary had helped with the cover-up, Sarah refused to involve him any further, much to Kit's dismay, by insisting that her call to him that night was about something completely unrelated. Later, Sarah told Kit to do the same when it came to keeping Gary out of it, and it was then that she also admitted the truth about Jodie attacking her after Kit said she was chipping in to help while she was locked up.
Now, Corrie fans think they know what Kit will try and do to save Sarah. @J_WBerry said: "Sarah's finally told someone about Jodie being the person who hit her on the head that night. So, now Kit knows, I'm wondering if he will frame Jodie as Theo's real killer? But, Sarah having the nerve to call Jodie dangerous, while on remand for murder, is peak irony #Corrie."
@xxAlicia89 commented: "Sarah warning Kit that Jodie is dangerou. Can’t wait for her secrets to start unravelling next week! #Corrie." @Audz32129841 wrote: "We need DC MacLaughlin on the Jodie case, we know everything in less than a week #Corrie." @GHovhanesian asked: "Lisa cannot figure out if Kit is lying. ...Can they find a way to blame Jodie for it?" @AlisonSelw60139 added: "... Maybe Lisa helps Sarah get out of prison for Kit. As a thank you for them both in saving Carla. Or pin the blame on Jodie as she bashed Sarah on the head. Just a guess."
