Manchester United turned on the style in pre-season as they beat Rosenborg 5-0 in Norway to give their Norwegian supporters a treat.
United were dominant throughout against a side who are midway through their season and took the lead in the first half through an excellent Shea Lacey goal.
That was created by Joshua Zirkzee and he scored a sublime second, dummying defenders and the goalkeeper to slot into an empty net after being found by Harry Amass.
Jacob Devaney made it 3-0 from close range after Rosenborg failed to deal with a corner, before Amass turned home at the far post from a Jaydan Kamason cross.
Kamason got a second assist after beating his man in the box and sending another low cross across the box that was turned in by Ethan Williams.

Goodbye from Trondheim
That's all for tonight. Time to go and enjoy your Friday evenings. Thanks for joining us as United turned in a five-star showing in Norway.
Let's do it all again in Sweden next weekend.

Why Carrick was impressed
Michael Carrick praised Manchester United's young guns for expressing themselves on the pitch after they turned on the style to beat Rosenborg 5-0 in a pre-season friendly in Norway.
Carrick again started with a strong side in Trondheim, but introduced two youngsters at the break in full-backs Jaydan Kamason and Harry Amass. Kamason laid on two assists, while Amass registered an assist and a goal.
Eight more youngsters followed on the hour mark, with Fletcher twins Jack and Tyler catching the eye in midfield. Jacob Devaney again came on at centre-back and netted from a corner, while winger Ethan Williams rounded off the scoring.

United's own Foden ready for a breakout season
Shea Lacey hardly raised a smile after firing Manchester United into the lead against Rosenborg.
If he were any more laid back, he would be horizontal. The youngster did not celebrate any of his goals in academy games last season, but his nonchalant celebration may be dropped if he scores at Old Trafford in the new campaign.
It's increasingly likely that Lacey will be handed chances to score his first goal in front of United's home support. It felt significant that he started against Rosenborg, and he grabbed the opportunity with both hands.

United player ratings as Lacey impresses
Radek Vitek
Made his first start of pre-season after coming on at half-time against Wrexham. The goalkeeper had nothing to do, though. 7
Leny Yoro
Settled into playing at right-back well during pre-season. He played a few good passes and appears to be developing an understanding of the correct positioning for the role. Hit the crossbar with a header. 7
Harry Maguire
Has always been a valuable asset for playing out from the back, and he made an impressive line-breaking pass to start a move. He wore the armband again and was vocal to his younger teammates on either side of him. 8
Luke Shaw
Not much came down his flank while he was on the pitch but he could have offered more going forward. 6
Andrey Santos
Created a great chance in the first half by playing a clever pass to Dorgu in a pocket of space in the box. It demonstrated his vision, and showed he is more than just a 'win it and kick it' midfielder. 7
Ayden Heaven
Is developing a strong understanding with Maguire and dealt with some aerial balls from Rosenborg. 6

FULL-TIME! Rosenborg 0 United 5
Well that was a lot of fun wasn't it? A superb performance from United, started by a senior starting XI but the kids came on and turned on the style. Lots to like for Carrick as United land their first win of pre-season.

90' ROS 0-5 MUN - Into added time
We're playing three minutes of injury time in Trondheim for some reason.

24th Jul18:45 BST
88' - ROS 0-5 MUN - Devaney booked
A booking to go with his goal for Devaney. Tried to get back round the right side of the attacker but his boot was high as he tried to hook the ball away. Free-kick is cleared.
24th Jul18:41 BST
84' - ROS 0-5 MUN - GOAL! UNITED!
Another one for the boys in blue. Kamason has been excellent since he came on and it's another assist. Takes the pass from Jack Fletcher, skins his man and sends in a low cross that is turned home at the back post by Ethan Williams.
24th Jul18:37 BST
80' - ROS 0-4 MUN - Gabriel sits down
United are so comfortable that all eyes are on the bench now. Sadly JJ Gabriel and Jim Thwaites have sat back down so it doesn't look like we will see either today.

24th Jul18:29 BST
72' - ROS 0-4 MUN - GOAL! UNITED!
United running riot in Norway now. Collyer into Obi, spreads it wide to Jack Fletcher. Kamason on the overlap and his low cross is tucked in at the far post by the other full-back, Amass.
24th Jul18:28 BST
72' - ROS 0-3 MUN - Vitek's still here
A shot on target from Rosenborg. No idea who as we don't have squad numbers for their subs and their X account hasn't update. But Vitek saved it easily.
24th Jul18:26 BST
70' - ROS 0-3 MUN - Could we see Gabriel?
Carrick has made 10 outfield changes, but Jim Thwaites and JJ Gabriel continue to warm up. Could we see either get on late in the game?

24th Jul18:23 BST
67' - ROS 0-3 MUN - What a miss
Rosenborg finally get in behind. A ball across the box finds an attacker who has recently on in, he has the whole goal to aim at, takes an awful touch and then pokes a shot against the post.
24th Jul18:20 BST
63' - ROS 0-3 MUN - GOAL! UNITED!
United on cruise control and a big smile from Jacob Devaney as he slams a corner home. Amass ball in is defended dreadfully. Think it hits Armer, bounces forward to Devaney and he puts the ball in the roof of the net.
24th Jul18:19 BST
62' - ROS 0-2 MUN - United subs
Ok, take a deep breath. Eight more changes for United. Vitek the only player to still be on the pitch who started the game.
Armer, Devaney, T. Fletcher, Gore, J. Fletcher, Collyer, Williams, Obi are the players to come on. Kamason and Amass came on at the break.

24th Jul18:13 BST
56' - ROS 0-2 MUN - GOAL! UNITED!
Ooof, that was a lovely goal. Zirkzee with a nice pass into Amass, who gives it back to Zirkzee. He has loads to do, but skins two defenders with one shimmy and then sits the goalkeeper down before knocking the ball into an empty net.
24th Jul18:03 BST
47' - ROS 0-1 MUN - United subs
Young full-backs Jayden Kamason and Harry Amass have come off the bench at half-time. Shaw and Maguire the ones to make way. Kamason to right-back and Yoro now alongside Heaven at centre-back.
24th Jul18:02 BST
45' - ROS 0-1 MUN - Back under way
We're back underway in Trondheim. United still have the lead. Only a couple of subs and we'll run through them for you shortly...

24th Jul17:47 BST

HALF-TIME! Rosenborg 0-1 United
United have the lead at the break thanks to Shea Lacey's excellent goal. Been a much better 45 minutes from Michael Carrick's side than last week and plenty for the head coach to enjoy.

24th Jul17:41 BST
40' - ROS 0-1 MUN - Good from Lacey
Excellent link-up play down the right between Yoro and Lacey. Lacey hurdles a challenge and then wins a corner as he tries to beat his man. Mbuemo's corner headed back across goal by Maguire but it's cleared.
24th Jul17:37 BST
37' - ROS 0-1 MUN - Yoro hits the bar
United playing really well now. Mbeumo with a free-kick from the right-hand side and Yoro heads it against the crossbar. United's pressing has got sharper as the half has gone on.
24th Jul17:37 BST
36' - ROS 0-1 MUN - Lacey's quality
Death, taxes and Lacey scoring goals by cutting inside with his left foot. He's so dangerous when he's given a yard of space in those areas. That was a brilliant finish and the only true moment of quality in this game so far. Maguire gave him a kiss on the head during the celebrations, although you wouldn’t have known Lacey had scored. He hardly raised a smile.

24th Jul17:32 BST
31' - ROS 0-1 MUN - GOAL! UNITED!
Excellent work from Zirkzee again, collects a pass in the centre circle, turns and finds a really good pass to Lacey. He cuts inside his man and measures up a lovely finish into the corner of the goal from around 10 yards.
24th Jul17:29 BST
28' - ROS 0-0 MUN - Dorgu chance
Mount starts a nice United move with a crossfield ball to Dorgu. The ball ends up with Santos, who threads the needle to play Dorgu in, but he fires his shot against the post and wide.
24th Jul17:25 BST
25' - ROS 0-0 MUN
Andrey Santos has shown his ability to win free-kicks in both of these games so far and he's eased the pressure on United a couple of times already in this game. United certainly look sharper than last week and the passing combinations are better.
24th Jul17:23 BST
22' - ROS 0-0 MUN - Mbuemo sloppy
Mbeumo has made a few sloppy touches in the opening 20 minutes, although that run was better. He’s usually technically superb, but he clearly lacks sharpness at the start of pre-season. Maguire has been vocal, passing on instructions to Heaven and Yoro on either side of him. He has the armband again this evening and you can almost make out what he’s saying from the press box.

24th Jul17:20 BST
20' - ROS 0-0 MUN - Mount sharp
I thought Mount had a hit-and-miss 45 minutes against Wrexham last week, but he's been good so far here. Read the game well to intercept the ball and really sharp with the ball.
24th Jul17:13 BST
12' - ROS 0-0 MUN - Atmosphere is flat
Santos looked to win the ball with a strong challenge there but the referee blew for a free-kick. A handful of fans in the corner are trying to get some United chants going, but the atmosphere is flat.

24th Jul17:11 BST
09' - ROS 0-0 MUN - Mbeumo chance
Probably the best chance this strong United side have carved out in pre-season so far. Nice work from Zirkzee to find Mbeumo, he is going away from goal but gets a shot in, which is saved comfortably enough by Wahlstedt.
