Your image is not recognized as a valid 360° panorama. The original is not present in the album, and the slide image is too small. Check if Settings / Images / Advanced / Copy originals if needed is enabled. Also, on the Edit mode / 360° image panel, check if 360° image is enabled.

Where is „*Edit mode / 360° image* panel“ I can't find that.

I also have some 360° Panos, some of them work, some not. And they are way bigger than 4096x2048 px or 8192x4096 px.

Does work:

20200 x 8394
20168 x 8391
20190 x 8370

Does not work:
20200 x 8334
20192 x 8326

So, I think the info that only „4096x2048 px or 8192x4096 px“ works is wrong in the first place.

To me the option „Use 360° player“ is the wrong concept. I do have ordinary (2D) panos and 360° panos in the same album. If I choose „Use 360° player“ then the ordinay panos look bad.

There should be two different option per picture (as a radio button option of course)

1) „Use 360° player“
2) „2D panorama“
