The SME initial public offering (IPO) of Silverstorm Parks and Resorts opened for public bidding on Friday, with the company aiming to raise Rs 82 crore entirely through a fresh issue of 61.98 lakh shares.
The company fixed the price band at Rs 123-133 per share for its IPO, which will remain open for public bidding from July 24 to July 28. The share allotments are likely to be finalised by July 29, and the shares are scheduled to be listed on the BSE SME platform on July 31.
Silverstorm Parks IPO GMPAhead of listing, the unlisted shares of Silverstorm Parks were trading with zero grey market premium (GMP) over the IPO price in the grey market, according to sites tracking the unofficial market. It is important to note that the grey market is an unofficial platform. The actual listing premium may differ significantly from grey market expectations.
The IPO has a lot size of 1,000 shares, with the minimum investment of two lots requiring a minimum investment of Rs 2.66 lakh. Vivro Financial Services Private Limited is the book-running lead manager for the issue, while MUFG Intime India Private Limited is the registrar for the IPO.
The integrated amusement destination operator aims to raise capital to fund capital expenditure for the development of a new Snow Park and Family Entertainment Centre (FEC) in Lucknow, along with the expansion and upgradation of its existing theme park in Kerala’s Athirappilly. Additional proceeds will be utilised for repayment of certain borrowings and general corporate purposes.

What Silverstorm Parks management says about its IPOOver more than two and a half decades, Silverstorm Parks has developed its integrated leisure and entertainment destination at Athirappilly and expanded operations to Jamshedpur, said the company’s managing director Shalimar A. I. “As we embark on our IPO journey, we are not just raising capital we are laying the foundation for our next chapter of growth. The proceeds from the issue will help us expand our footprint, introduce new attractions, enhance our existing destinations, and create pleasant experiences for our guests,” he said.
The proposed IPO is a significant milestone that will support the company's expansion initiatives and strengthen its market position, said Roshan Vaishnav, Director at book running lead manager Vivro Financial Services.
Silverstorm Parks financialsDuring the financial year ended March 31, 2025, Silverstorm reported a consolidated revenue of Rs 3,100.12 lakh, EBITDA of Rs 1,655.89 lakh, and a profit after tax (PAT) of Rs 971.07 lakh, reflecting strong operational performance.
The IPO process follows a broader trend of regional leisure and entertainment companies tapping capital markets to fund growth and diversification initiatives in India’s fast-expanding experiential tourism segment.
