"At this point, Europe is approaching a most dangerous point. Europe remains focused only on militarization, and has no idea how to explain to its citizens why the Kiev regime and its terrorist acts deserve support. At this period, ordinary people are becoming more and more aware of how fragile peace is," she told reporters.

In her words, "the stakes are extremely high."
