Google has added local business query support to the aggregator unit and supplier unit within Google Search. Google updated both the aggregator unit and supplier unit documentation to add "and local businesses" sprinkled throughout those documents.

Google wrote, the "aggregator unit and supplier unit now support local business queries."

So if you review the new documents, you will see "local businesses" and "local" added throughout each of those documents.

Google also added the line "For local business queries, see the Local Point of Interest Feed documentation."
