MOSCOW, October 7. /TASS/. Russia is ready to discuss an increase in the number of flights between the country and Qatar, said the Russian Federal Air Transport Agency, Rosaviatsiya.

"We are ready to discuss the increase in flights between Russia and Qatar - not only to Moscow but also to other cities of the country," the regulator said, citing head of the agency Dmitry Yadrov after his meeting with Ambassador of Qatar to Russia Ahmed bin Nasser bin Jassim Al-Thani. Yadrov also suggested establishing faster information interaction between the countries.

The parties discussed issues related to the expansion of the flight program between the countries. The air service between Qatar and Russia is developing actively, the head of the Russian air regulator said.
