403 CloudFront Error While Accessing CircleCI Web UI

I’m currently unable to access the CircleCI web interface and consistently receive the following error:
403 ERROR The request could not be satisfied. Request blocked. We can’t connect to the server for this app or website at this time. There might be too much traffic or a configuration error. Generated by CloudFront Request ID: IWPfmh8C1M8p71NN1OD3MPxbcJ6lTvdJ0tXCre3R5wJf1O18l_TQ-A==
Environment
OS: Windows 11
Browser: Google Chrome (also reproduced in Incognito mode)
Network: Corporate network
Issue occurs when accessing the CircleCI web application.
What I’ve tried
Cleared browser cache and cookies.
Tried Incognito mode.
Tried a different browser.
Verified my internet connection.
The issue persists.
Questions
Has anyone encountered this CloudFront 403 error while accessing CircleCI?
Could this be related to:
CloudFront/WAF blocking?
Corporate firewall or proxy?
IP reputation or geolocation restrictions?
A temporary CircleCI service issue?
Are there any additional troubleshooting steps I should perform before contacting CircleCI Support?
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
