During an upcoming maintenance window, support.circleci.com is moving to a new platform. We’ll post a notice to status.circleci.com on the day of the change with timing details. No disruption to service is anticipated.

When you do need to reach us, our updated search and conversation experience is designed to get you to the right answer faster — and if you need a human, connecting with our support team is built right into the same flow. No dead ends.
Sign in for the full experience
Signing in to app.circleci.com unlocks the full portal experience. Authenticated users get access to personalized content, full conversation history, and features tuned to your account. If you visit support.circleci.com while signed in, it just works.
A note for Annual Members Hub users
The Annual Members Hub is going away — and that’s actually good news. Previously, member content lived in a separate gated area you had to navigate to independently. In the new portal, that content is tied to your authenticated session automatically. Sign in to app.circleci.com and your member content is right there, no extra steps.
What to expect during the change
We’ll publish a maintenance notice to status.circleci.com on the day we cut over. If you experience anything unexpected after the window closes, that’s the first place to check. You can also post here and we’ll follow up.
