Gorgeous ANC headphones for less.

The Nothing Headphone (1) has been one of the most talked-about products that I've ever used, and have developed quite a following since its release. If you've wanted a pair of these headphones due to either their funky looks, the drivers that were tuned with the help from KEF or anything else about them, then they're currently discounted to £179 on Amazon as part of a hefty 40% discount on its £299 retail price, working out to the lowest price they've been since Black Friday 2025. What's more, the deal is also on both the black and silver, rather than just one.

I understand that folks may not like the way they look, but they're seriously different to anything else in modern headphone design and feel excellent with a blend of brushed aluminium and rubberised surfaces. I also found them to be rather comfortable with a clamping force that felt just right, and deep earcups, while its tactile controls are very pleasant to use. The Headphone (1) also fold down neatly into their carry case for easy transport.

The presence of fellow British brand KEF, arguably more known for speakers than headphones, on the side of the Headphone (1) gave me high hopes for their overall audio profile. I found these headphones to have a more bass-driven sound, with good extension and control, although it came at the expense of pushing things such as vocals on some songs back into the mix a smidgen. They're a good listen if you want punch and power, plus sublime width and soundstage, and you can use the Nothing X app for fiddling with the EQ and settings there to tune the sound how you wish. Noise cancellation is decent at dealing with most noise on busy train and plane journeys I've taken, although some higher pitched noises still get through. The ANC on these cans is good, although not class-leading, but I can't complain for the price, not least at the discounted rate on offer here.

Other pleasant additions are the use of modern Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity, with codec support totalling SBC and AAC plus the more advanced LDAC for hi-res audio playback on supported devices. Nothing also rates these headphones to last for up to 35 hours on a charge with ANC on, and up to 80 hours with it off, making for some of the better battery life in its price class.
