Gino Palazzolo, best known to 90 Day Fiancé fans as Jasmine Pineda's former husband, has come out of the couple's divorce with a financial settlement in his favor. According to court documents, Pineda has been ordered to pay Palazzolo $20,000 in spousal support over the next 40 months.
Documents obtained by Us Weekly show that Pineda, 39, must pay Palazzolo, 57, $500 a month beginning July 1, 2026. The payments will continue for 40 months, bringing the total amount to $20,000. The judgment brings an end to one of the 90 Day Fiancé franchise's most closely watched and often turbulent relationships.
Who is Gino Palazzolo?Palazzolo became a familiar name among reality TV viewers after appearing with Pineda on 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days. Their relationship began online in 2019 and later played out across several shows in the franchise, including 90 Day Fiancé and 90 Day: The Last Resort.
The couple married in June 2023, but their marriage was soon marked by repeated arguments, trust issues, and disagreements about their future.
According to Palazzolo's divorce filing in Michigan, the couple separated on April 22, 2024. Pineda later filed her own divorce petition in Florida in August 2025, creating competing legal proceedings before the matter was eventually resolved.
Divorce settlement divides the couple's propertyIn addition to spousal support, the divorce judgment also divided the couple's property. Court records show Palazzolo will keep the couple's home in Canton, Michigan, while Pineda will retain the residence in Dunedin, Florida.
Both parties will also keep their own clothing, jewelry, personal belongings, and household furnishings located in their respective homes. Palazzolo will also retain a 2015 Ford Explorer.
Gino's attorney says the settlement favored his clientAfter the judgment, Palazzolo's attorney said the outcome reflected what his client had wanted from the start. "Basically, in a nutshell, my client is a super nice guy. He offered from the very beginning for each party to walk away keeping their own property," the attorney told Us Weekly.
The lawyer also claimed that Pineda had sought money she was not entitled to. "She asked for money she was not entitled to. Then, he attempted to default him in an out-of-state court. At which point, my client was forced to defend himself. The result, she's paying my client money and he is not paying her one red cent," the attorney said.
Jasmine's legal team warns against public accusationsFollowing the finalization of the divorce, Pineda's attorney, Andrew J. Tahmazian, pushed back against what he described as false and damaging public claims about his client.
"My client has exercised remarkable restraint despite repeated public accusations that we believe are false and damaging," Tahmazian said in a statement to Us Weekly. He said that while the divorce case had ended, public criticism of Pineda had continued.
"We are issuing a formal cease-and-desist demand, and if these defamatory statements continue, we are fully prepared to pursue every legal remedy available. Reputation has value, and the law provides recourse when false statements cause harm," Tahmazian said.
Pineda's manager, Dominique Enchinton, also defended the reality star, saying the final resolution should put months of speculation to rest. "The final divorce resolution speaks louder than months of interviews, online commentary, and accusations," Enchinton said.
She added that Pineda wanted to move forward rather than extend the legal battle. "Jasmine chose peace over prolonged litigation. She honored a settlement so she could close this chapter and focus on her children, her family, and her future," Enchinton said. Enchinton also warned that any continued defamatory remarks could lead to further legal action.
Open marriage became a turning pointThe couple's relationship appeared to worsen after they agreed to try a nonmonogamous arrangement, a decision Palazzolo later said he regretted. Pineda later began a relationship with Matt Branistareanu. The couple welcomed their daughter, Matilda, in March 2025. Pineda also has two sons, Juance and JC, from a previous relationship.
With the divorce finalized and the financial terms settled, the legal chapter between Palazzolo and Pineda has officially closed. However, statements from both sides suggest the public fallout surrounding their split may not be over yet.
