Join the Trade Mission London – PropTech Connect, taking place on 9 and 10 September 2026 in London, United Kingdom. This trade mission is jointly organised by the Netherlands Embassy in London, InnovationQuarter, Amsterdam Trade & Invest, ROM Utrecht Region, Ynbusiness and Rotterdam Partners.

It connects Dutch companies to the British market, with participation in PropTech Connect as its centrepiece, one of the leading international conferences for innovation in the built environment.

The UK is one of Europe’s most exciting markets for PropTech and urban innovation, and the window of opportunity is wide open. The British government is pushing hard to transform and future-proof its cities through large-scale redevelopments, significant investments in digital infrastructure and bold integrated area strategies. The recently introduced Planning and Infrastructure Bill is specifically designed to accelerate major projects and make room for the innovative solutions you are building.

The market is actively looking for what Dutch companies have to offer. Key priorities include:

• Integrated area development and mixed-use concepts
• AI, data and digital twins in urban design and asset management
• Smart mobility and connected infrastructure
• Digital platforms and smart building technology
• Sports infrastructure as a driver for urban and economic development — with landmark projects such as the redevelopment around Old Trafford setting the pace

Dutch companies enjoy a strong and established reputation in the UK for their innovative, integrated approach to the built environment. That means you enter the market with credibility, and this mission gives you the network, the matchmaking and the stage to turn that credibility into real business opportunities.

1. In-depth market insights
Gain a thorough understanding of the British built environment and discover where your solution fits within the UK market, including opportunities around large-scale area development and sports infrastructure.

2. Targeted matchmaking and exclusive workshop
Take part in a curated matchmaking programme including an exclusive workshop with influential British stakeholders such as developers, architects, investors and other key players.

3. Substantive day programme
Benefit from a content-rich programme prior to the conference, including company visits, networking events and pitch sessions.

Depending on your preference, two programme options are available. Programme A starts on Monday 7 September with arrival in Manchester and includes a morning programme and pitch sessions in collaboration with the ClimateTech Supercluster, followed by two days at PropTech Connect in London. Programme B starts on Tuesday 8 September with a kick-off and site visit in London, also followed by two days at PropTech Connect.

Participation fee: approx. €625 per organisation (each additional person pays 50%). Travel and accommodation are not included. Cancellations after 14 August 2026 will be charged in full.
