The Law Faculty gives its students several study abroad options, particularly through the Erasmus programme. Students can study at institutions with which the University has an agreement for one semester or one year and are entitled to scholarships.
As part of these exchanges, studies conducted abroad are recognized and validated for the obtainment of the French degree, and students don’t lose any year of studies.

The St. Étienne Faculty of Law has agreements in place with the following universities:
Placements in other countries, particularly Canada, the United States, Brazil and Japan, can also be considered as part of the ORA, CREPUQ, and ISEP programmes.
* For many universities, classes are not taught in French.
* In Austria, Poland, and Romania, classes are taught in English. Therefore, it’s not necessary to be fluent in the language of the host country.
