VSTECS Phils. Inc., the country’s leading ICT distributor, has been named the Philippine country distributor for Fastly, Inc., expanding access to edge computing, content delivery, and cybersecurity solutions for local enterprises.

The deal comes as businesses in the Philippines face increasing cyber threats, including AI-driven attacks, automated bots, and large-scale distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) incidents. Many traditional systems struggle to keep up with heavy traffic and real-time security demands, creating gaps in performance and protection.

By adding Fastly to its portfolio, VSTECS aims to help companies deliver faster websites and apps while strengthening defenses.
