When there’s limited time each week for SEO on an ecommerce site, how do you decide where to spend it? Product pages usually have the most pages but the least unique content, category pages get more search traffic but are fewer in number, and technical fixes (speed, crawl budget, schema) often don’t show results for months.
Curious how others prioritise, especially on sites with hundreds or thousands of SKUs where rewriting everything isn’t realistic.
