Police said Friday that they have found the vehicle sought in connection with a Saturday hit-and-run crash that left a pedestrian with life-threatening injuries.

The pedestrian, who was walking a dog, was struck at about 3 a.m. when he was crossing East Charleston Boulevard at North Mojave Road in east Las Vegas, according to a Metropolitan Police Department news release.

“The pedestrian was in a marked crosswalk; however, he was walking against the ‘walk, don’t walk’ traffic control signal,” the news release said.

The driver remains at large.
