Shang Palace at Shangri-La Dubai is welcoming Chef Zhang Zhi Guo from Shangri-La Xi’an for an eight-day culinary takeover. With nearly 25 years of experience specialising in Shaanxi cuisine, he’s bringing a special à la carte menu featuring Xi’an favourites, including crispy gourd-shaped chicken, chilli oil Biangbiang noodles, spiced beef burgers, braised mutton and traditional steamed glutinous rice cake.
