Wimbledon day one turned out to be an impressive show of celebrities wearing designer looks to cheer players on from the stands. We saw Amanda Holden in a gorgeous Ralph Lauren pinstripe set, Maura Higgins wearing head-to-toe Chanel and Pixie Lott in a £600 coordinating pink two-piece.

Tess Daly also put on a stylish show in a Self Portrait dress – a brand loved by Kate Middleton herself. And continuing the royal theme of her look, Tess also drew on Kate's handbag collection, opting to accessorise with a version of a piece previously worn by the princess: Strathberry's Box Crescent bag.

Currently on sale for £357 (down from £475), it's still a splurge, but considering variations of it have graced the arms of Kate, Meghan Markle and Pamela Anderson, it's not as expensive as you'd might think. Strathberry also helpfully details what can fit in the bag, and the list includes an iPhone, small wallet, hand cream, make-up powder, Airpods and keys – so plenty more than just a lip gloss.
