A La Belle woman was injured Monday afternoon when a 2003 Buick Park Avenue overturned in Lewis County, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

The crash occurred at 5:20 p.m. Monday, Aug. 17, on Route C, three miles east of Ewing.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported the 2003 Buick Park Avenue was traveling west when it ran off the right side of the roadway and overturned.

The driver, a 55-year-old La Belle woman, sustained minor injuries. She was wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash.

The woman was transported by private vehicle to Blessing Hospital for treatment.

The Buick Park Avenue was totaled and towed from the scene by Roberts Garage.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol was assisted at the scene by the Lewis County Sheriff’s Department, Lewis County Emergency Medical Services, and the Ewing Fire Department.
