Currently watching World Cup on bbc IPlayer in uhd with no glitches.i have 89mbps speed check on Netflix. Hard wired Ethernet connection. done all the resets/reboots after reaching out to Sky and got nowhere fast.sky clearly have a big issue here that they need to sort fast.

Notice from your first post, you mention the puck you are having issues with is connected by ethernet.
Your other pucks from what yiu say working are on wifi.
For your Ethernet connected puck, have you turned off wifi in the puck settings, if not it will drop to wifi occasionally and cause intermittent issues.
If you have already done this, we can escalate to the Sky community team to work through the issue with you.
