СпутникиРНSpaceXРоскосмосNASAHi, The wifi is off. I've just watched House of the Dragon on demand. It wasn't too bad but was still present. The jitters were several minutes apart and only minor. I've just put BBC 1 on for the football, and it's pretty horrendous. Every minute or so and a much more substantial jitter. Sky need to sort this out, I won't be paying the best part of £2.5k for this rubbish for the next 2 years.

Notice from your first post, you mention the puck you are having issues with is connected by ethernet.
Your other pucks from what yiu say working are on wifi.
For your Ethernet connected puck, have you turned off wifi in the puck settings, if not it will drop to wifi occasionally and cause intermittent issues.
If you have already done this, we can escalate to the Sky community team to work through the issue with you.
