I’m sitting in the parking lot at Pella Crossing here on Saturday night, and there’s a band playing in a farm yard about a mile away on the other side of all the lakes, and you can hear them in the parking lot, and they’re absolutely destroying the ambiance of this place tonight. I guess we can assume that no one attending that event will ever complain about airplane noise, because what they’re doing is just as bad.

How about we rename the new hotel restaurant and bar  for Light Rail?

So, it is clearly past time for the Oompa Loompas to come and take the great orange one away. Save us.

The caller speaking about CU coaches’ pay does not seem to understand the economic system on which this country runs. People making money from other people’s labor is capitalism. Coaches make big money due to the revenue generated and free market demand. Capitalism cares little for integrity or values. Why do CEOs make 400 times the workers’ salary?

Is there ever going to be an article in the Times-Call about the rape gangs in the UK? They apparently started in the ’50s, and an enormous numbers of British girls were raped and tortured, and it’s a big deal. Why was it allowed to happen? How did it happen in a civilized country?

Ignorance is like fool’s gold. When you find out the facts, you have nothing. After you listen to CNN and the other leftist propaganda outlets, you load yourself up with a bunch of fool’s gold, and then you find out the real facts of yourself, of course, and you have nothing. An example of that is the individual who says the American taxpayer will foot the bill for the $300 million that Iran will get if they obey the rules. That is actually their money in the first place. It cost the American taxpayer nothing.

Edtior’s note: According to multiple international news outlets, the $300 million would come from a proposed consortium of Gulf Arab states and international investors who want to invest in Iran.
